General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and g777pro (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the g777pro website, mobile interface, game lobby, cashier, and any related services offered by the Platform.

By creating an account on g777pro, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to g777pro is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy every condition listed below at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all registered players. Players who are 18 years or older at the time of registration are eligible to create an account.

Where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — particularly the minimum age requirement — the account will be suspended immediately and the matter investigated. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player will be forfeited and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment source, net of any bonuses already consumed.

Account Registration & Security

Bonuses & Promotions

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that bonus only.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum stake, maximum stake per round, and validity period are stated in the promotional material for each offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.

• Claiming Bonuses: Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated after the expiry date.

• Withdrawal Before Wagering Complete: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Only your qualifying real-money balance (net of bonus) will be released for withdrawal.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Each game is governed by the rules of the relevant game provider in addition to these Terms. Account Suspension & Closure

g777pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.

• Breach of Terms: Any material violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in prohibited gameplay conduct, or attempting to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Fraudulent Activity: Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the account, including suspicious payment patterns or unusual transaction volumes inconsistent with the player's stated activity.
• Chargebacks: If a player initiates a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was used for gaming activity, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Illegitimate chargebacks may result in permanent closure and recovery action.
• Identity Mismatch: Where KYC documentation submitted by a player does not match the registration details on file, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• Regulatory Requirement: Where the Platform is required to restrict or close an account by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), the Platform will process the request immediately and marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period.

Upon account closure, the Platform will return any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses, fees, or forfeited amounts) to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that the closure was not triggered by fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a legitimate chargeback dispute.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g777pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, whether such damages were foreseeable or not.

The Platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While g777pro makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

• Third-Party Game Providers: g777pro is not liable for technical failures, game errors, or incorrect payouts arising from faults in the software supplied by third-party game studios. Such matters are governed by the relevant game provider's own terms and will be escalated to the provider on the player's behalf where a legitimate dispute exists.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless g777pro, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
